Strong team development requires team spirit among the team members. There should be no personal disputes among the members, as that can adversely affect the overall performance of the team. Make sure that they are not putting their valuable efforts in showing down each other, which otherwise can be put into work. They should assist and guide each other.

All the members should be articulate in performing their consigned roles. Their skills should complement each other, and together as a team, they should be self-sufficient, able to perform diverse tasks and not reliable on other teams.

Availability of Tools

Make sure that team members are equipped with all the tools and techniques to attain the objective and internal resources are properly assisting them in performing their duties. They should have all the data and resources available to them.

Response to Training

Find out the attitude of team members towards training sessions arranged for them. They should be enthused to attend the trainings provided to them and their learning graph should show upward trend.

If they apply their learning into their work, it depicts that they have actively listened to the training sessions. Team building exercises requires an active participation and involvement from all the members. Communication is a vital tool, as a lot of problems can be solved through effective communication.

The team members should work with mutual cooperation and understanding.  Make sure that there is no conflict among the team leaders and members about the role assigned to them.
